 The spacious lounge has views of the pretty plaza from windows to the front and patio doors to the rear for easy access to the dining terrace and pool. Relax on the sofa and foot stool and to keep you entertained there's a selection of books and games,  a 55" TV with access to UK TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime and a Bose portable speaker (Alexa enabled). There is an open staircase leading to the first floor

  The kitchen has been fully updated with new appliances - fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There's everything in the cupboards you need to entertain at home - from a quick sandwich to a full meal with friends.

For the cooks amongst you, take a look at the selection of cook books and you will also find an array of herbs and spices in the cupboard above the hob for your chosen recipe. 

There are doors to the dining terrace and the BBQ area allowing access to the pool from both .

The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage with fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. 

There is access to the sun terrace with a corner sofa directly from the bedroom through the patio doors and the room enjoys open countryside views from the windows and terrace. 

 This spacious, air conditioned bedroom also has a king size bed, plenty of storage space and lovely views of the Plaza at the front. The family bathroom with a shower is just next door and shared with Bedroom 3. 

 Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and French doors leading to a terrace overlooking Plaza Romero and fountains. Here you can relax and enjoy the sunshine in the comfortable armchairs. There's a family bathroom which is shared with Bedroom 2.
